Speed City Indiana, Sisters in Crime Special Events This special events page is available to our members to post announcements of new books or short stories coming out, as well as appearances, including workshops, signings, attendance at special conferences or other gatherings, etc.  This way all our members can know when and where, without going to each individual website. For example, some members will be attending Magna Cum Murder in October.  Maybe others would be attracted to signing up since there will be authors there they may have already met, plus new ones they might like to meet. Awards and honors will be posted here too, rather than on the News Alerts webpage -- which is set aside for immediate news reports regarding a wide variety of items also of potential interest to members. Please send all entries to Mark Zacharias, our Communications Chairman, so he can post them immediately.  He will then forward your entries to Kit Ehrman, our Secretary/Newsletter Editor, for entry in our next newsletter--which is published once a month. ********
